Associate Advocate
Ella brings a fresh, thoughtful and client-focused approach to property advocacy, informed by her lifelong connection to real estate. Growing up around the industry with her parents active in property gave her a deep appreciation for how the market works and the value of building trusted relationships.
With an academic background in social work and psychology, Ella has strong skills in understanding people, communication and thoughtful problem-solving – helping her support clients with clarity and care through important property decisions.
Before moving into property advocacy, Ella has gained practical experience working in property management, developing a solid understanding of how investment properties operate and the associated regulations. While still early in her advocacy career, she draws on this experience to offer relevant insights and practical support to buyers and investors.
Ella also has a genuine passion for helping first-home buyers navigate the market, recognising how exciting – and sometimes overwhelming – buying your first home can be. She enjoys helping clients understand their options, feel confident in their decisions, and make choices that set them up for success.
Growth doesn’t happen by staying comfortable; it happens by pushing boundaries and adapting.
“Success is not final; failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts.”
